Venue 1 - The Holiday Inn, Southampton
Spirit Health and Fitness Club comprises of an indoor pool, jacuzzi and fully equipped gym. Fully qualified gym instructors are available to tailor a fitness programme to suit your individual requirements to ensure your health and fitness goals are achievable whatever they may be. For relaxation the centre contains a steam room and sauna. It is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
Venue 2 – The Holiday Inn, Fareham
Situated on the edge of the picturesque Meon Valley, junction 9 of the M27 Motorway. Our excellent accommodation consists of 124 en suite bedrooms including 30 Executive rooms decorated to the highest standard.
For those who wish to relax we have on site Spirit Health and Fitness Club comprising of an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gym, aerobics studio, steam room and sauna.
